We provide cleaning services in Melbourne's North Eastern Suburbs.

Most of our Cleaners cover multiple suburbs and are happy to travel within a 10km radius or 20 Minutes one way for a regular clean. For a Deep or Vacate clean we can travel further so please enquire and we will let you know.

If you’re still unsure, just submit an online enquiry form making sure you complete the correct suburb, state & postcode of your property and we’ll let you know if we cover that area.

Uptempo Cleaners does not operate on an hourly rate, but provides a complete, fixed cost cleaning package service. This means your house will always be cleaned to the highest standard and not be limited by set hours.

We usually recommend for those getting regular cleans that we complete an initial deep clean at 2x what the estimated regular hours would be. Then we will drop down the clean back to regular hours. This will provide you with a much better clean straight up as we will have had more time to get to all the extras & also it will help the cleaner better maintain it week to week for you with an optimised schedule.

No, Uptempo Cleaners operates on a simple Hourly Rate & pay per clean basis.

Additionally, there are no contracts to sign or minimum periods of cleaning.

At present all Uptempo Cleaners we also provide instant payment via our Xero invoices we send out either direct debit (using the Gocardless service) or you can pay by Credit/Debit Card (using the Stripe service).

For those who do not want to worry about managing when to pay, you can also set up autopay, particularly handy for a weekly or fortnightly clean.

This will be offered on the initial invoice, if you didnt take it up and would like to for future cleans then please let us know and we can make an appropriate arrangements to get it set up for you.

Of course if you do not prefer those and just want to direct debit from your bank rather then paying via the invoice you can also do that. So we have plenty of options to meet your needs.
